Shipping & Delivery Policy
How we process, ship and deliver your order.

1. Order processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. In-stock orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched.
2. Delivery timeframes
Estimated transit times after dispatch (not guaranteed delivery dates):

All prices and shipping charges are shown in USD. Timeframes are estimates and may extend during peak periods or due to carrier delays outside our control.
3. Tracking
A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships, where the destination carrier supports tracking. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking events to appear.
4. Customs, duties and taxes
For international orders, import duties, taxes and customs fees may be charged by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are set by local authorities. We cannot predict or refund them.
5. Incorrect address & undeliverable parcels
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or an uncollected delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
6. Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and item and email us at support@aspectwitney.shop within 7 days of delivery. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
