Refund & Return Policy
Our 14-day return promise, the conditions that apply, and how refunds are handled.

1. Your 14-day return window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order for an item you no longer want. The item must be unused, unassembled, in re-saleable condition and in its original packaging with all parts and fittings included.
2. Return conditions

For hygiene and safety, items that have been mounted, fitted or modified cannot be returned simply because they are no longer wanted. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty.
3. How to start a return
- Email support@aspectwitney.shop with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will reply with a return authorization and the return address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include any paperwork we provide.
4. Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend a tracked service. Where an item is faulty, incorrect or damaged on arrival, we cover return shipping.
5. Faulty or damaged items
If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, contact us within 14 days with photos. We will arrange a free return, replacement or full refund (including original shipping) in line with your statutory rights under the laws of England and Wales.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (card via Stripe, or PayPal) within 5–10 business days. The time for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
7. Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order that has not yet shipped, email us as soon as possible and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, the return process above applies.
